A Little Afternoon TEAraphy at Dusit Thani Manila and why we love coming back.


We went to the Dusit Club Lounge for something simple friends’ catch-up and a little birthday celebration. "yung walang big plans, just good food, good conversation, and a little time to relax."



But the moment we stepped into the lounge on the 17th floor, I knew we were in for a lovely afternoon. The setting has this elegant, slightly vintage charm that I really liked. It’s classy but not intimidating, beautiful but still comfortable. "Parang nasa isang beautifully styled home ka only quieter, more polished, and with a gorgeous Makati city view."


And yes, it’s definitely Instagram-worthy experience. There are so many lovely little details and corners that naturally make beautiful photos. But what I appreciated most was that it didn’t feel like a place where you had to “pose” all the time. You can actually sit back, relax, and enjoy.


The weather was perfect during our visit, too. We could feel the cool breeze of the alfresco area from the 17th floor, and because it wasn’t too crowded, the whole afternoon felt wonderfully private and peaceful lang.


About Afternoon Tea


Dusit offers three afternoon tea selections for two: the choices are "Harmony, Classic, and Bloom" for P2,500 for two.



We picked Harmony Set, which combines Thai delicacies, Filipino favorites, and international classics. I liked that it wasn’t just the usual afternoon tea spread. It gave us different flavors to discover while we chatted.

Afternoon tea is available daily from 2:30 PM to 5:30 PM, you can have this at The Pantry (Ground Floor) and Dusit Club Lounge (17th Floor), with an optional bubbly pairing for an additional charge.


But honestly, what made the afternoon memorable for me wasn’t just what was on the table.

It was the experience.


The staff were warm and attentive, and we genuinely felt welcomed and looked after. Ang sarap sa feeling na hindi mo kailangang magmadali. We could talk, laugh, take photos, enjoy our tea, and simply be present.


It felt elegant without being too formal.Relaxing without being boring.And somehow, parang home ka lang but a more beautiful, pampered version of home. Maybe that’s why i'love to come back.


Because sometimes, a little afternoon tea is not just a meal.

It’s a pause. A catch-up. A celebration. And sometimes, exactly the kind of therapy you didn’t know you needed.


We highly recommend if you want a to reward yourself or feel extra special.
