Perfect B, Must-Try New Dining Spot in Quezon City , serving up a Palabok Paella worth talking about.

This was my first time trying Palabok Paella, and honestly, I wasn’t sure what to expect. Two familiar dishes from different culinary traditions brought together in one plate? Surprisingly, it works! and it’s delicious.

Before we explore the menu, let me share why we love Perfect B!

"We came expecting a quick brunch and catch-up lang kasi may lakad pa kami", but somehow, the conversation stretched into hours. Perhaps it was the comfortable setting, the spacious interiors, or simply the relaxed atmosphere. Whatever it was, Perfect B has that rare quality that makes you forget to check the time and maybe that’s what I enjoyed most.

Good food brings people to the table, but a beautiful space, meaningful conversations, and great company make them stay.

But what made our visit to Perfect B memorable wasn’t just the food, it was the entire experience. Located at 100 Scout Lazcano, Laging Handa, Quezon City. Perfect B is a spacious two-storey Filipino-Spanish restaurant with an inviting, almost resort-like atmosphere. Warm wood finishes, lush green accents, Filipino-inspired chandeliers, and cozy seating come together to create a space that feels elegant yet relaxed and comfortable, 'I felt that! mukhang simple sa labas pero pag pasok mo ang ganda pala!". With its generous seating capacity, the restaurant is well-suited for everything from casual meals and catch-ups with friends!.

One of the restaurant’s standout design features is its graceful curved staircase leading to the second floor. Aside from saving floor space, its sweeping form adds a touch of visual drama and character to the interiors.

Perfect B also offers a private function room equipped with LED TV and a consumable dining arrangement, making it a practical and comfortable option for small events, corporate meetings, and special occasions.

We love the selections available in the menu, we tried their recommendations and my top 3 favorites are the Palabok Paella, Prime Rib Salpicao and Ceviche Del Mar

Palabok Paella was definitely the standout for me. It takes the familiar flavors of Filipino palabok and gives them a Spanish-inspired twist. Creative, comforting, and surprisingly well-balanced, it’s something I would happily order again. "di ko inakala masarap pala to!" We also enjoyed the Ceviche del Mar, which was fresh and refreshing, and the Prime Rib Salpicao, which was savory, satisfying, and perfect for sharing.

What I appreciated most was how the dishes stayed approachable. The flavors felt familiar, but each dish had just enough creativity to make the experience interesting without becoming overly complicated. There’s also plenty more to explore, from other paellas and seafood to steaks, pasta, and desserts. We finished with cheesecake and tiramisu, and the creamy cheesecake was a lovely ending to the meal.

I highly recommend Perfect B and definitely worth a visit! especially if you’re looking for a stylish yet comfortable dining spot in Quezon City where you can enjoy good food and simply take your time.
