A Culinary Journey Through ALTA's Must-Try Dishes
Our gastronomic adventure at ALTA was nothing short of spectacular. The journey began with a refreshing salad, featuring incredibly fresh ingredients complemented by the creamy Kaesong puti.
A standout favorite was the Tibuok Cream Latte, infused with Asin Tibuok, a rare and artisanal Filipino sea salt from Bohol. The presentation was as delightful as the taste!

We savored the rich and tangy Bacolod Kansi, a traditional beef soup from Western Visayas, particularly in Bacolod and Iloilo, enhanced with Batuan Fruit.
The Lapaz Batchoy was another hit, boasting a super flavorful broth and generous toppings.

Taste authentic, the Head Chef is from Bacolod.
The Bagnet Kare-Kare was a revelation, maintaining its crispy and crunchy texture even when drenched in the savory sauce.

The Singapore-flavored Salted Egg Yolk Shrimp was a personal favorite, while the Bagnet Sisig Burrito offered a spicy yet satisfying kick. The rich and savory Adobo Coq au Vin, served with creamy mashed potatoes, was a delightful fusion of flavors.

We also indulge their french version of Hot Chocolate, suitable for Tagaytay Weather.

A Grand Finale to Remember
The grand finale is the Halo-Halong Dako! "Dako," meaning "big" in both Bisaya and Ilonggo, perfectly describes this massive halo-halo with its 17 toppings. It was a delightful and memorable experience!
