Every year, there's one gastronomy event I eagerly anticipate, "ChilePork's Networking Night". This year, held at the Grand Hyatt Manila last October 15, 2025, was another standout. The interactive cooking segment with tasting session, showcasing the authentic flavors of Chilean pork, was a highlight.
Did you know that Chile is the world’s fifth-largest pork exporter? This ensures that Chilean pork is not only delicious but also healthy, safe, and of premium quality. The event, a collaboration between ChilePork and local industry partners, aimed to strengthen Chilean pork's presence in the Philippine market. ChilePork, representing Chile’s pork exporters, reaffirmed its commitment to promoting their product while adhering to the highest sustainability and biosecurity standards.
This fourth exclusive Chilean Pork Networking Night underscored ChilePork's dedication to the Philippines. The interactive cooking demonstration by the Grand Hyatt Manila's culinary team was particularly impressive, featuring unique flavors, beautiful plating, and delectable dishes that truly highlighted the quality of Chilean pork.
